The Teen/Adult class is a twice a week hour long class.
Technique and Conditioning
In the first section of class, we focus on developing strength, agility, and balance using fun drills and hitting targets. Class is designed to work with students of all levels of fitness.
Martial Arts Application
In the second section we will be developing our techniques and training in how to apply them. The styles that are implemented are American/Okinawan karate, escrima, and kung fu.
Students progress in belt rank through learning forms, self-defense and sparring. Each student has the potential to earn their a black belt rank.
