The Teen/Adult class is a twice a week hour long class. It will be broken up into two sections to emphasize both fitness/conditioning and practical self-defense.
Contact Kick Boxing
For the first 30 min of the class we will be working on developing cardio, flexibility, and muscle toning by hitting (contact) bags, shields, and pads. In the future this will be available as its own class.
Martial Arts Application
In the second section we will be developing our techniques and training in how to apply them. The styles that are implemented are American/Okinawan karate, escrima, and kung fu.
